2023-24 Preliminary Operating Budget

Assistant Superintendent for Business & Finance Dr. Geoff Macy presented, and the Board approved, the Fiscal Year 2024 Preliminary Budget.

2023 District Goals

The Board approved 2023-24 District Goals as presented.

Board Policy Changes

The Board approved several policy changes.

S. M. Wilson Presentation, Change Order Requests, and Pay Application

Representatives from S. M. Wilson provided a construction update on the projects at Ladue Middle School, Old Bonhomme Elementary, and Spoede Elementary. They also shared the latest change orders and pay application.

Wachter Presentation and Pay Application

Representatives from Wachter, Inc. provided a construction update on the projects at Conway and Reed Elementary Schools. They also shared the latest change orders and pay applications (first and second).

2023-24 Early Resignation Notification Incentive Plan (ERNIP)

The Board approved the ERNIP for the 2023-24 school year.

Missouri Central Contract Amendment

Dr. Macy presented, and the Board approved, an amendment to the district’s contract with Missouri Central.
