Mrs. Lisa Sell will serve as Conway's interim principal for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year.

Mrs. Sell brings a wealth of experience to Conway with an impressive 29-year career in education. Her background includes extensive work in inclusionary settings, including a significant tenure as a special educator. Before her retirement, she was the principal at Fox Elementary in the Fox School District for 17 years. Last year, she undertook an interim principal position at Wydown Middle School in Clayton.

Sell has earned a Specialist in Educational Administration in School Administration from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, Missouri. In addition, she has a Master of Education Administration In Elementary Administration from Lindenwood University, St. Louis, Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. She also has an LD/BD Certification in Elementary and Special Education from Fontbonne University, St. Louis, Missouri.

Mrs. Lisa Sell's daily goal is to make others feel appreciated, heard, and respected. She lives to be the reason other people smile and says she is grateful for each day as a new opportunity to be a stronger and healthier person.

I am incredibly excited to join the Conway and Spoede Elementary Communities as an Assistant Principal. Creating communities where all students, staff, and families feel a sense of belonging is my top priority as an educator. I have worked in the Ladue School District for 21 years as a 7th-grade social studies teacher and as the K-12 English Language Arts and Social Studies Curriculum Coordinator. I am a graduate of Ladue Schools and received all three post-graduate degrees from Saint Louis University. As a graduate, parent, and educator in Ladue Schools, I have a variety of perspectives and experiences. I can assure you your child will be cared for like they are our own.
